019: Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
1 golden potato
1 cup onion
1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1 table spoon chopped garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 red bell pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 cup tofu
Instructions:
1. Cook potatoes until they are soft then I add onion along with bell pepper and let them cook for a few minutes.
2. Add tofu, spinach, and kale. Then season with cumin, garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper and soy sauce and chopped garlic. Cook for about 5 more minutes.
