1 Golden Potato
1 cup Onion
1 cup Kale
1 cup Spinach
1 table spoon chopped garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 red bell pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 Cup Tofu
Cook potatoes until they are soft then I add onion along with bell pepper and let them cook for a few minutes.
Add tofu, spinach, and kale. Then season with cumin, garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper and soy sauce and chopped garlic. Cook for about 5 more minutes.
