028: Vegan Healthy Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup amaranth
2 dates
1 banana
vanilla
1/4 cup of your favorite plant based milk
Slivered Almonds
Hemp Seeds
3 cups water
Instructions:
- Combine amaranth seeds with three cups water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for up to 30 minutes, until porridge like consistency.
- Mix dates, banana, plant based milk, vanilla, and amaranth until consistent throughout.
- Top with as many slivered almonds and hemp seeds as you like.
