Servings: 2
2 Fresh Beets or 1 can of beets
1 tsp white vinegar
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1-2 packs of stevia
salt, pepper, garlic
1. Boil beets until soft and then peel them.
2. Combine white vinegar, chopped onion, salt, pepper, garlic, stevia, and fresh dill. Chill overnight and enjoy!
