1 cup amaranth
2 dates
1 banana
vanilla
1/4 cup of your favorite plant based milk
Slivered Almonds
Hemp Seeds
3 cups water
Combine amaranth seeds with three cups water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for up to 30 minutes, until porridge like consistency.
Mix dates, banana, plant based milk, vanilla, and amaranth until consistent throughout.
Top with as many slivered almonds and hemp seeds as you like.
