Servings: 2
1 can of chickpeas
1 stalk celery
1 small red onion
Half a garlic clove
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 Tablespoon of vegan mayo
2 Green onion stalks(optional)
4 slices of whole wheat bread
Puree in a blender the chickpeas, celery, red onion, garlic clove, salt, pepper, and vegan mayo until smooth.
Sprinkle green onions on the top(optional) and add more vegan mayo for taste if you would like.
Use for dip or spread for sandwich. Enjoy!
