1 onion chopped
3 large cloves of garlic
2 stocks of celery
10 baby carrots chopped
1 3 bean can
1 black bean can
1 chick peas can
1 container of vegetable broth
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
First place olive oil in a large pot and get that warm. Chop all veggies and have them ready for the dish. You'll want to cook the onions first until they are translucent.
Add garlic and celery. Cook until celery is tender. Then add in the baby carrots, vegetable broth, 3- bean can, chickpeas, salt and pepper for taste.
Bring all ingredients to a boil for 10 minutes and then simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.
