Servings: 1 quart
2 avocados
1/2 cup flour
dash of salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
dash of onion powder
1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk
3/4-1 cup panko bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400
In a small bowl mix together 1/2 cup flour, dash of salt, dash of pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, dash of onion powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
In another bowl pour 1/3-1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk
In a third bowl 3/4-1 cup panko bread crumbs
Slice two fresh avocados. Dip first in flour, then milk and finally panko. Place on baking sheet with parchment.
Bake 8-10 minutes or till golden brown
